Terms of Service

1. Services Provided
We offer website design, development, and hosting. Projects are delivered based on selected packages, with revision limits as outlined in each plan.

2. Consultations
Initial consultations are free of charge.

3. Hosting
Clients are encouraged to host their website through DarkTechWebs for full support. If clients opt to host externally, support is limited.

4. Revisions
Each package includes a set number of revisions. Additional revisions are available for an added fee.

5. Payment
Payments are made upfront via PayPal or other accepted platforms. Work begins after payment is received.

6. Refund Policy
Refunds are considered case-by-case depending on how much work has been completed. Full refunds are not guaranteed once work has started.

7. Support & Maintenance
Ongoing support is not included in basic packages. Long-term support is only available with a premium or custom plan.

8. Ownership and Access
Client websites remain their property after final payment, but hosting and account access may be tied to DarkTechWebs if hosted through us.

9. Termination
Either party can terminate the project early. Refund eligibility will depend on the stage of the project.
